I've never gotten this many compliments on a frame! I've worn this frame nearly a year now and continue to get complimented several times a week. Even though I'm due for an eye exam & Rx change, I don't plan on changing my frame. Now, about customer service. They had to be remade, which does take a long time due to shipping. It's difficult to accurately place the bifocal height because everyone's nose is different. The bifocal height had to be lowered because I couldn't see clearly in the distance unless the frame was placed down on the top of my nose. The remake was perfect!

I have never gotten so many compliments on a pair of Rx glasses as I have with these. Once Aoolia got the lenses right, they were perfect!! It does take a full month to receive the completed glasses after ordering, and if they have to be re-done there's no rush ordering, so it's another month wait. If you're not a patient person, or if you need your glasses in a rush, this probably isn't the online retailer for you. The wait was well worth it and the quality of the frame and lenses are much better than most American brick & mortar retail optical companies. The price for progressive, no-glare lenses and frame was less than $110.

I had to get new glasses because I did a face plant and scratched up a very very expensive pair on the lense. My niece uses Aoolia so I decided to try them. Luv the new ones. Fun, light weight and very comfortable. Perfect!
