Start with the silhouette. Our designers cut cat-eyes with just enough lift to flatter without costume, rounds that soften without shrinking,squares and oversized shapes that hold their line in rich acetate or drop to featherweight titanium. Color runs through the material —tortoise layered into the sheet itself, never printed on top — so the finish wears in, not off.

Before any frame earns a place on this page, it passes our five-point finish check: edges polished until light moves across them evenly;hinges that open with smooth, equal resistance; a reinforced core wire through every acetate temple; weight balanced at the bridge so the frame rests without pinching; and color that goes all the way through.Fashion houses run the same checklist.
